• FLOWER BATH - On the last day of your treatments or your stay you will receive a very special bath: the “flower bath” or “blossom bath”.
• GREEVA VASTHI (Neck Treatment) - In Sanskrit, the word Greeva refers to neck and Basti stands for a container. So the procedure, in which warm Medicated oil is allowed to stand on back of neck as shown in the figure, is called as the Greeva Basti.
• Herbal Facial (Mukhalepa) - The herbal paste which is applied on face to treat acne, pimple, scars, marks and pigments are known as “mukha lepa” in ayurveda
• HERBAL STEAM BATH - Vashpaswedanam or Ayurvedic Steam Bath was prevalent from ancient times, men and women have garnered its benefits.
• JANU VASTHI - a treatment of Ayurveda provides a simple and still very effective relief of pain knee especially that which is caused due to Osteo Arthritis.
• KARNA PURANA (Ear Treatment) - Ear Therapy is an Ayurvedic process of healing ear problems with herbal oils. We begin your therapy with a vibrant head and neck healing Oil Application Therapy. This is followed by a gentle nurturing warm steam to the ears.
• KSHIRA DHARA - Milk is blended with herbal powders and process well.
• LEPA - Lepanam is spreading of thick herbal paste on any afflicted area of the body.
• MARMA THERAPY - Marmas are points in the body where concentrated life force energy is located.
• NAWARAKIZHI- Procedure In this process, the rice variety “Navra” which has great nutritional value, is cooked with milk and an herbal decoction made of an herb called ‘Bala’.
• NETHRA THARPANA (Eye Treatment) - This is a soothing, relaxing eye treatment and face massage that removes impurities and provides optimum rejuvenation to eyes and surrounding tissues.
• PADA ABYANGA (Foot Therapy) - The feet are the seat of the meridians, marma points and many nerve endings so are the key to healing the entire body.
• PICHU - A thick layer of cotton wool soaked with warm medicated oil is applied over the affected area.
• PINDA SWEDA (Milk Rice Pack Fomentation) - Pinda Sweda is an ancient Indian massage in the Ayurvedic tradition.
• SARVANGA ABYANGA (Full Body Therapy) - This procedure helps in relaxation of the body.
• SARVANGADHARA - Relax your body with Sarvangadhara massage and feel whole once more.
• SHIRO ABYANGA (Head Massage) - the oil followed by the massage by specific maneuvers refers to shiroabhyanga. This procedure is most ideal for routine practice especially in healthy persons.
• SHIRODHARA – It is a powerful Ayurvedic treatment that calms the nervous system and resets our body’s natural ability to heal.
• SHIROLEPA - This is a treatment done on the scalp, in which medicinal powders and herbs are made in to a paste and applied on the scalp and then covered and tied with certain leaves.
• SHIROVASTHI - This is one of the important external oil methods. It consists of medicated oil retention over the head. This is done with the help of specially designed elongated leather cap.
• SHIROVIRECHANA / NASYA (sinus and head detox) - Nasya is the therapeutic cleansing of the head and neck region, which purges excess mucous and ama (toxins) from the sinu cavities and surrounding tissues.
• UDWARTHANA (herbal powder massage) - Udwarthanam is special therapeutic deep tissue massage using herbal powders.
• URO VASTHI - Uro vasti is another panchkarma treatment under basti therapy that is beneficial for the treatment of heart conditions.
