Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing a level of service which exceeds all guest expectation by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention
- Responding all guest requests in a courteous manner
- Promoting spa treatment to all guests
- Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and contributing to monthly spa team target
- Acting as a support to colleagues by performing other tasks reception duties as and when required
- Developing and maintaining appropriate and quality relationships with the spa guests and staff
Qualification and experience:
- Training certificate in spa from qualified spa academy (license / massage certification)
- At least 2 years’ experience in spa
- Work experience in spa, beauty and fitness
- Experience in 5-star resort is advantage
- Experience in international treatments (aroma therapy, deep tissue, hot stone massage, Balinese, Thai massage & foot massage)
- Passionate experience of facial & nail treatment (pedicure and manicure)
