- 2 years experience in similar capacity in hotel / resort.
- Good knowledge of spa treatment, procedures and operations.
- Skills on training and facilitation
- Excellent on guest relations, business acumen, proactive problem solver, analytical and good administrator.
- Understanding of work allocation, managing payroll, cost management and compensation and benefits.
- Able to work with multi-cultural work forces of different levels of education.
- Able to interacting with guests from all backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and local language
- Ability to detail-focused and guest-oriented.
