Spa therapist job (Shangri-La) in 2021

Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo is looking for spa therapist. The ideal candidate can apply. The following qualities are expected:

• Delivery exceptionally high quality of facial, massage and body treatment
• Perform thorough consultation with guests prior to their treatment commencing and offer aftercare advice specific to guest needs
• Perform to individual and team targets
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• A team player, dependent, high motivated and able to work independently with a high speed of execution
• Strong influencing and communication skills

Also, the following qualification and experience are expected:

• Minimum two years’ experience in a star class hotel chain
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Professional qualifications in beauty therapy or equivalent will be an definite advantage
• Well-groomed and excellent presentation
